How are the Music Interaction sessions delivered?

Our sessions are digitally delivered using protected passwords (this requires an internet connection). You can request a USB stick if you live in an area where internet services are sporadic or non-existent (extra fees apply for physical packages versus digitally delivered).

How many lessons do I get each year I subscribe?

Each year, we produce 6 Music Interaction Session Examples (30 minutes each), plus supplemental learning materials such as parent interviews and tips sheets.  These are delivered digitally for the main program (although there is an option to get a USB key and printed materials, for an extra fee).  Contact us for a brochure.

What’s your return policy?

Our Subscriptions are digitally delivered and are non-refundable. We know you’ll love and enjoy them, but if you’re not sure, buy the sample session or Parent Pack or ask us for a brochure.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We likely can ship overseas and will be delivering our products globally.

We also offer families a chance to apply for a LIVE demonstration or SESSIONS with your family (filmed as part of our program), with Alex Smith or one of our trained teams.
